Time for a big ole truth bomb—this industry loves to talk about “clean eating,” like it’s some kind of magic solution.
Cut this, add that, drink more water, eat the rainbow… and suddenly you’re supposed to feel amazing. Except a lot of women don’t.
I started noticing it back in my early days as a fitness trainer. My clients were smart. Motivated. Doing everything “right.” But they were still waking up bloated, tired, inflamed, and confused about what the hell their bodies were doing.
And honestly? So was I.
I started my career in fitness back in 2003. I knew how to coach bodies—how to build strength, tweak macros, and push for results.
But over and over again, I saw the same thing:
Women weren’t just dealing with weight.
They were battling gut issues, autoimmune flares, mystery symptoms, and doctors telling them “everything looks normal” while they felt like garbage.
I didn’t have the tools back then to help them. And that sat heavy. So I dived head first into research.
I studied food, herbs, nervous system healing, and root-cause approaches to inflammation and digestion. And over time, I became the coach I wish they had years ago.
Now? I help women decode what their body’s been trying to say. No elimination diets. No supplement overload. No shame. Just clarity, support, and a path that actually works.
WildFree Health exists because I couldn’t ignore what I was seeing—and I refuse to watch another woman blame herself for symptoms that aren’t her fault.
This month, I’m pulling back the curtain. Not just on what I do—but why I do it. I’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes moments, client stories, honest reflections, and tools you can start using now to get real answers (and real relief).
Because if you’ve been eating clean, doing “everything right,” and still feel off...
You’re not broken. You’ve just been missing the right support.
I’m so glad you’re here; and, we are just getting started!
